The newest judge on the Lookout Mountain Superior Court circuit will be sworn in Friday.  Brian House will take his oath of office this Friday at the Catoosa County Courthouse in Ringgold.

House told AM 1180 Chattooga County Radio that he appreciated the strong support he received in Chattooga County during the recent election.  House was one of five in a field of candidates in the general election. 

 House and Larry Stagg, also a Catoosa County lawyer, faced off in a run-off election on December 2nd.  House came out victorious in that run-off election and in Chattooga County House defeated Stagg with a large margin.

House told AM 1180 Chattooga County Radio News that his first case to hear will be in Chattooga County.
