A early morning wreck on Thursday shut down one lane of traffic on Highway 48 about 3 miles west of Summerville.  According to reports, the accident was between a red Ford Mustang and a white Chevrolet pickup.  The Georgia State Patrol post in Rome said that the accident report was incomplete, but did confirm that their were no injuries in the accident.
