If you don’t pay your bill The City of Summerville will not be giving you a second chance.  That’s the official word from the City of Summerville as of July 1^st there will be no second notice given for customers of the city’s utilities.  Delinquent accounts will be disconnected if not paid by the due date.  The City is warning utilities customers that if you don’t receive your bill it is your responsibility to contact the City of Summerville or your services will be disconnected.
