Three Walker County residents have been arrested in connection with the theft of over $18,000 worth of jewlrey from Sandra’s Pawn Shop in Trion.  The three suspects were caught on video camera and the pictures were given to media outlets throughout Northwest Georgia, Northeast Alabama and Tennessee.

Trion Police Chief Chad Spraggins told AM 1180 Wednesday afternoon that 39 year old Warren David Young from Walker County was recognized by his probation officer.  Trion police took Young into custody on Wednesday morning.  The two other suspects were both students in the Walker County School system.  The school resource office identified the two and contacted Trion Police. 17 year old Joshua David Young, the son of the elder suspect, along with a 16 year old juvenile were taken into custody on Tuesday.

Chief Spraggins said that the incident remains under investigation by the Trion Police Department.
