Chattooga County Residents from Holland to Dry Valley woke up in the dark yesterday due to a power outage caused by a down tree that took out a utility pole on Hollow Road.  According to the North Georgia Electric Membership Corporation, power went out around 4:30 and was restored to most areas by late morning.
