Qualifying has ended in the three seats for Chattooga County School board.  In District 2, Alma Lewis, a retired school principal will be facing off against Terry V. Smith in the Democratic Primary.  The only Incumbent to qualify was in District 3, the Menlo District.  Eddie Massey will be challenged by Menlo resident Stacey Roach.  In District 4, the Lyerly District, Alfred McDaniel will face off with Ron Williams in the Democratic primary.  There were no Republicans to qualify for school board seats so the winners of the Democratic Primary will be on the ballot unapposed in the general election in November.
