No injuries were reported and no one was cited in a minor wreck involving a Redmond Regional Medical Center ambulance and a Nissan Frontier pickup truck Tuesday morning.

According to Rome Police officer Victor Marsh:

Both the driver of the ambulance – David Branch – and the driver of the Nissan – Ericka Shelnutt of Centre, Ala. – stated that the other was at fault for the minor wreck in front of Floyd Medical Center on North Second Avenue heading southbound. Marsh said that it appeared that one of the vehicles received minor side swipe damage in the wreck.

Marsh did give Shelnutt a citation for driving on an expired tag.
