Redmond Regional Medical Center is offering two upcoming seminars free to the public.

The first seminar is titled Ouch my Head Hurts! and will be led by Dr. Jay Schecter, Harbin Clinic Neurologist, and will be held June 14, at 5:30 p.m. in the Redmond Regional Lower Level Classrooms. This physician led seminar will look at what causes headaches and how to prevent and manage them. Light refreshments will be served.

The following seminar titled The Truth About Leg Pain and Your Heart will be led by Harbin Clinic Vascular Surgeon, Trent Prault, M.D on June 16, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. The talk will look at symptoms of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), treatment options from lifestyle changes to surgical procedures and PAD’s connection with cardiovascular illness. This seminar will be held at the Chattooga Civic Center in downtown Summerville, Georgia and Back Porch Catering will provide dinner for all participants.
