It will be a busy weekend for Chattooga County…..two events are expected to draw big crowds this weekend: The Chattooga County Relay for Life and The Northwest Georgia Ballooon Festival are both taking place this weekend.

Activites for the Chattooga County Relay for Life are slated to start Friday afternoon at Dowdy Park in Summerville and the Balloon Festival gets underway today at Tillotson Field located off Highway 48 in Menlo.

The National Weather Service is giving a 40% chance for thunderstorms this afternoon and into the night.
