The Case of Michelle Sullins Reynolds and Scotty Harper will be featured on Dateline NBC this evening (Friday). Reynolds pleaded guilty to reduced charges of voluntary manslaughter and party to the crime of burglary and was sentenced to 10-years on each count to be served consecutively. Co-defendant Scotty Harper was sentenced to life without parole after pleading guilty in October of 2008 to murder charges.
Authorities believe the two were having an affair and plotted to kill Reynolds’ husband Thad, who was stabbed multiple times outside of the Frito Lay distribution Center on Calhoun Road on July the 5th of 2004. The two-hour Dateline will feature interviews with both suspects and will air at 9pm Friday on NBC television.
