A Floyd County Taxi Driver who was under contract to take kids to school for the Floyd County Board of Education alledgedly drove a 14 year old girl into Chattooga County last week and molested the child.

34 year old Ernesto Alvarado Guzman was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly bought the child alcohol and molested her after he took her across the Floyd County Line into Chattooga County.

Guzman is currently in the Floyd County Jail.  Reports indicate that Guzman may be facing charges in Chattooga County as well.  Investigators from both the Floyd and Chattooga County Sheriff’s Departments are investigating the incident
