A Rome woman was arrested Thursday afternoon for hindering a fugitive, obstruction and possession of crack cocaine.  Officers went to the Stay Lodge on Dean Avenue where 31 year old Ginger Laree Nicholson was allegedly holed up with a wanted man, identified only as Hubert Andrews.   Officers recovered four rocks of crack cocaine from the room where Nicholson was located, along with a couple of glass pipes used to ingest the cocaine.  There was no indication that Andrews was ever booked at the Floyd County jail, though reports indicate he was taken into custody at the scene.
