Both Trion and Chattooga County High Schools will both start the new school year with new principals.  Trion High School will be lead by newly hired school administrator Chuck Taylor and Chattooga High School will see former assistant prinicipal Jimmy Lenderman take over the helm.  Both men are graduates of the University of Tennesse at Chattanooga where they both participated in athletics as freshmen.

As students prepare for the academic year there are some important dates to remember.  On July 27 new student registration will take place at Chattooga High School from 9 AM until 3 PM.

An orientation for upcoming freshmen and new students at Trion High School will be held on Tuesday July 28th at 6 PM at the Trion High School Gymnasium.
