After several days of work, Chattooga County’s local Television station, SKY 21 went digital on Wednesday evening.  Owner Terry Adams has been working on the change from analog to digital with the anticipation of providing a clearer picture and better broadcasting services to the area.  Adams said that in addition to going digital he has asked the Federal Communications Commission for a power increase for the television station.

Chattooga County’s television station, (SKY 21) newspaper (The Summerville News)  and radio station (AM 1180) are all locally owned and operated by Chattooga County residents.
