The product being recalled is f’real® Strawberry Banana Smoothies in a 10-fluid-ounce container (16-fluid-ounces as prepared), lot number: 06/21/2012, time stamped between: 10:45 a.m. to 11:19 a.m. with UPC number: 813993004494.

It was distributed in the following states: FL, GA, IA, KY, MN, NC, NJ, OR, TN, VA.
