Those watching closely, hoping for a new Volkswagen Plant in Chattanooga were dissapointed this week when no announcement was made regarding the construction of the new automobile plant.  Chattanooga, Huntsville and a site in Michigan were all on the short list for the decision but when Volkswagon’s Management board met on Tuesday they could not make a decision.  Reports have indicated that the decision is between Chattanooga and Huntsville.  The board meets again this coming Tuesday.
