October gets kicked off this weekend in Summerville with the annual Sum-Nelly Festival.  This popular festival fills Dowdy Park and welcomes local arts, crafts as well as mechandise and food vendors.

Local musicians, talent, clubs and civic groups will be on hand as well.  Space is limited for the popular event and the event is organized by the Summerville Recreation Department.
