The youth groups from several area churches have combined together for an event that will take place today (Saturday) in Summerville for all Chattooga County young people.
The event is called "Summer eXplosion" and will be a gathering that will feature lots of activities including food and games and praise and worship bands. Local car dealership, Truck Town Rentals, is providing their lot at the old Howell Motor Company just north of Summerville on Highway 27 for the youth to use for this event.
AM 1180 Chattooga County would like to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of our area teens that have organized this event and encourage all teenagers to attend the event that gets underway tommorow at noon.
