The Summerville City Council will be meeting this evening at 5 PM.  Some of the items on the agenda for tonight’s meeting include a requested change in the alcohol license for Dippy’s – the restaurant on Commerce Street is changing to Downtown Grill & Pizza House.

Also the council will be looking at a proposal for a sewer extension for the new Jefferson’s Restaurant located at the old Richie’s Building on Commerce Street. 

The council is also expected to set a date for the July 4th celebration for the City of Summerville.  The meeting is open to the public.
