Summer is here and it’s time for fresh, locally grown vegetables! The Summerville Farmer’s Market will be open and ready for business on Friday, June 17. The Farmer’s Market, which was previously held on West Washington Street at the Summerville Presbyterian Church, has changed location this year and will be held at the new Chattooga County Agricultural Pavilion on Highway 100. The market will be open every Friday throughout the summer, rain or shine, from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. To reserve your space, please call Sylvia Lee Keziah at the Chattooga County Commissioner’s Office, 706.857.0700. The pavilion has space for up to 20 vendors. There will be no vendor fee for the month of June.
