A Summerville man was arrested earlier this week on theft charges in Floyd County.  According to the docket records of the Floyd County Jail:

William Lenzton Ludy, 31, of 86 Vine St. in Summerville, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. Wednesday by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with felony theft by taking. William remained in jail Thursday morning.
