Landon Timothy Reynolds, 21, of 190 East Washington St. in Summerville, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Sunday by the Floyd County Police Department and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain a lane. Reynolds was booked and released from jail by Monday night,
