Four suspects in a Monday night armed robbery of a Chattoogaville convenience store are being held by the Chattooga County Sheriffs Department without bond.

Two of the suspects, Joshua and Kimberly "Nikki" Weathers, were arrested on Monday night by a Georgia State Patrolman after pulling over a vehicle that matched the description of the car used in the robbery.

Yesterday morning the Chattooga County Sheriffs Department along with the Hays State Prison K9 Unit, State Troopers and the Georgia State Patrol Aviation Unit conducted a manhunt in the Lyerly – Berryton area for the remaining two suspects.  The two were captured shortly before 10 AM.

The two suspects arrested on Tuesday have been identified as Bobby Kellar of LaFayette and Terry Ivester.  It is believed that Ivester has a criminal record.  According to a press release from Chattooga County Sheriff Ralph Kellett, the two were near the old railroad tracks close to Dovers Cut Road.

Investigators along with Sheriff Kellett were able to recover the firearm that was used in the commission of the crime.  According to reports, Ivester and Kellar had entered the Last Chance Store close to the state line in Chattoogaville around 6:45 Monday evening and demanded money from the clerk.  The two fled out of the store into the car where the Weather’s were waiting.

Sheriff Kellett said that tips from the public in the Lyerly area lead investigators to the area where Ivester and Kellar were yesterday morning.
