Tonya Craft and her ex-husband Joal Henke reached a temporary child custody agreement Monday, but the details were sealed.

The agreement came in Hamilton County, Tenn., Circuit Court in Chattanooga before judge Marie Williams.

Craft, a former teacher, was acquitted May 11 on 22 counts of child molestation in Catoosa County.

She had full custody of her daughter and son before she was arrested two years ago. After Craft’s acquittal last month, her attorneys filed a motion for Craft to receive more visitation with her children between now and when they will be able to make their case for full custody on July 22.

Craft also appeared on Larry King’s program on CNN Monday night.

Craft appeared in King’s studio with her husband and attorney. She told King it was “emotional” when her daughter testified against her.
