AT 1210 AM EDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND STORM
SPOTTERS WERE TRACKING A TORNADO TO THE WEST OF FORT
PAYNE…AL…BETWEEN SAND MOUNTAIN AND FORT PAYNE.  THE STORM
PRODUCING THIS TORNADO WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
