Police say a dark-skin white male, or possibly Hispanic male, robbed Tractor Supply on Highway 411 at gun point at about 9 p.m. Monday.

According to reports the man entered the rear of the store while employees were bringing in merchandise and pulled a gun. He went into the store’s office and was given an unspecified amount of money.

Employees of the store said he was wearing a bandanna and a hoodie and speaking in a low voice. They also say he told them he was only robbing the business because his daughter is in the hospital on a ventilator.

The man left the store and walked to Tuckawanna Drive where employees say they heard squealing tires a few moments later.

Police responded quickly to the scene and searched the area for evidence.

Officers believe he may have had a get away car waiting on Tuckawana and fled the scene.
