As of Tuesday afternoon, the scores are in! Trion High School received the much anticipated results of last month’s Georgia High School Graduation Test. Eighty-five juniors were seated for the test, and their performance was exemplary. While each of the students completed tests in the areas of Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, only four student sections were scored as being below the acceptable standard: one in Language Arts, one in Mathematics, and two in the area of Social Studies. All test-takers passed the Science section of the test. Dr. Phil Williams, THS principal, gave praise to students and staff, saying “I am so proud of everyone and truly amazed that they keep finding a way to make it happen.”
