The Walker County Sherriff’s Department has arrested a Hispanic male that listed a Trion address as his residence and charged him with rape.  According to records from the Walker County Sheriff’s Department, 31 year old Omar Javier Rivera-Baez of Georgia Street in Trion was arrested on April 26^th and charged with rape.  Baez remains in the Walker County Jail.
