A Trion Man is in jail this (Sunday) morning on a long list of charges after attempting to out run the law last night.

According to reports from the Chattooga County Sheriff’s office, 43 year old Arhtur Wade of a McCullom Street address in Trion attempted to out run law enforcement officials and subsequently landed in jail on a long list of charges.

Wade was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI caused by alcohol, speeding, driving in a no passing zone, driving on the right side of the roadway, reckless driving, seatbelt vioaltion, habitual violator for impaired driving, fleeing or attempting to elude police officers and contempt of court.
