Earlier this week a tractor trailer hauling a load of beans overturned on Highway 35 in Cherokee County, AL.

Just before 6:00 Tuesday evening the Broomtown Fire Department, Cherokee EMS, and Alabama State Troopers responded to a call of an overturned tractor trailer. 

Involved in the mishap was a 1998 Freightliner driven by Gaylesville resident William Wood, who escaped injury.

According to reports the truck was hauling a load of beans.

The exact cause of that accident remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
