The Summerville Youth Wrestling Program will have an organizational/sign-up night at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. The meeting will be at the Chattooga High School wrestling room.

Any boys or girls interested in youth wrestling should attend with their parents. The Summerville Youth Wrestling Club is open for kids from kindergarten through eighth grades.

They compete with USA Wrestling. USA Wrestling is the national governing body for the sport of wrestling in the United States. At the tournaments, your child will compete against other children within one year of their age and within five pounds of their own weight. For beginners, there will be beginner tournaments where participants are in their first or second year of wrestling.

Equipment, registration fees and tournament fees will be discussed at the meeting along with any other questions you may have.
