The Valley Head man accused of causing a disturbance at a Ft Payne area restaurant, then firing shots into a vehicle in the parking lot, is now facing felony charges which could send him to prison for more than ten years, should he be convicted. That incident took place at JTs Fish House shortly after midnight on Saturday, after 22-year-old Ibrahim Paul Hall of Valley Head, apparently become involved in an altercation with another individual outside the restaurant. He then entered the building in search of the other party and allegedly threatened others inside the facility, before returning to the parking lot and firing several rounds into the car of the subject he was looking for. Hall was charged with discharging a Firearm into an Unoccupied Vehicle, which is a Class C Felony, and in the state of Alabama carries with it a prison sentence of more than ten years. He was released from the DeKalb County Jail Monday on $10,000 bond.
