A Walker County man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for vehicular homicide. Samuel Narramore received his sentence last week in connection with a 2006 accident that killed a passenger and injured several people. Narramore was under the influence of marijuana at the time of the accident. Since his arrest in 2006 Narramore has been arrested two more times for driving under the influence of marijuana. In March and as recently as last month Narramore was stopped by law enforcement officials and found to be under the influence of marijuana while driving.
