A Walker County woman was raped last Thursday night shortly before midnight by two men impersonating law enforcement officials. According to Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson, the woman was driving in the Wallaceville community on GA Highway 341 in a rural area in Northwest Walker County when a car with blue lights pulled the woman over. One of the assailants held a gun on the woman while the other man raped her. The man who held the gun was described as being in his early twenties with curly dark brown hair and the man that assaulted the woman was around 6 ft. 2 in. tall with a slender build and dark hair. Wilson told the Walker County Messenger that the woman was taken to Hutcheson Medical Center where she was treated. Wilson also stated that if anyone else has been pulled over by people impersonating a law enforcement official to contact the Walker County Sheriff’s office and report the incident.
