An arrest warrant has been issued in relation to the death of 17 year-old Marlo S. Clowers Jr., was shot and killed at Rome motel. Police said that they are looking for John Talley Winston, III in the Scottish Inn shooting. He is charged with murder and possession of a firemarm during the commission of a crime.

Clowers Jr. died after he went into cardiac arrest early Sunday following being shot.

Family of Clowers Jr. said that he came from a broken home and although he had a great heart he fell into the wrong crowd.

He suffered gunshot wounds to his arm and upper back and was found on the ground near the enterence of the Relax Inn, across the street from the Scottish Inn.

A secuity camera at the Scottish Inn may be the key to solving the murder.
