… WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO MIDNIGHT EST TONIGHT… … WINTER STORM WARNING IS CANCELLED…

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PEACHTREE CITY HAS ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR NORTHWEST GEORGIA AND THE ATLANTA METRO AREA FOR SNOW… WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO MIDNIGHT EST TONIGHT. THE WINTER STORM WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

RAIN WILL MIX WITH SNOW BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON IN THE WEST… AND BY LATE AFTERNOON IN THE EAST… THEN CHANGE TO ALL SNOW DURING THE EVENING… BEFORE ENDING BY MIDNIGHT. ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA.
