Chattooga County Commissioner Jason Winters held his regular monthly meeting on Thursday evening at the Chattooga County Courthouse Annex.  At the meeting the commissioner reviewed actions taken by his office over the past several weeks, including an agreement to lease with the option to purchase, new Motrola 911 Equipment for the Chattooga County Sherrif’s Department at a total three year cost of $33,130.00.

Also the Commmissioner signed an agreement with Gateway EDI for website processing of healthcare transactions between the county EMS and governmental agencies and insurance companies.  The  agreement costs the county $234 per month.
