Rain, Rain And More Rain On The Way

After three beautiful spring-like days, Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama are in for a good soaking over the next seven to ten days.  The weekend won’t be a total washout, with a break in the rain coming for a period of time on Saturday, but our area could see between 3 and 5 inches of rain over the next week.  The National Weather Service in Peachtree City, Georgia says that by Saturday we could have between one and two inches of rain.  See the forecast below:
