Shed Fire On Rosser Road Under Investigation

The Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shed fire that happened on February 7th on Rosser Road in Trion.  Trion Firefighters responded to the fire at 64 Rosser Road and found the structure burning.  The responding deputy was shown a pile of wood that appeared to have been used to start the fire near the back of the shed.  The pile of wood was underneath the back of the shed and appeared to have been deliberately set.  While on the scene, the responding deputy learned that Zach Rosser was known to occupy the shed, which does not have power.  Rosser was incarcerated in the Walker County Jail at the time of the fire.  The owner of the property, Stan Rosser, told the responding deputy that a female subject, identified only as “Selena”, has been known to hang around the property with the complainant’s son, Zach Rosser.  Also, the complainant said that “Selena” has a history of arson.  The incident was turned over to an investigator with the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office.
