On Thursday of this week,  Summerville Police Lieutenant Phillip Cox and Officer Matt Pritchard were following leads to an ongoing investigation. During this investigation the two officers made contact with Tristan Rackley. Rackley was found in possession of drugs and placed under arrest.  Tristan Rackley of Summerville, GA was charged with: Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Possession of Marijuana – Misdemeanor
