After a year of COVID pandemic restrictions, the Chattooga County Historical Society plans to resume their quarterly meetings.  The first meeting to be held in over a year is scheduled to take place this coming Sunday afternoon at the Historic Summerville Depot.

The meeting will feature Ben Crain, who restores old phonograph record players and has a collection of over 4,000 records.   Mr. Crain’s collection will be on display and he will present a program on the subject.  Also, Mr. Crain’s band featuring fiddle, mandolin and guitar will provide music.

The Historical Society welcomes everyone with an interest in Chattooga County history to their quarterly meetings.

The meeting will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at The Summerville Depot.
