It is one of the biggest fundraising efforts of the local 4-H club in Chattooga County – the annual Freestone Peach Sale and the deadline to order your peaches is coming fast.

According to the local Extension Office, there are a few slots left for orders and all orders must be placed by this Friday, July 9th.

The peaches are freestone, good for eating, freezing and canning and all come from Dickey Farms in Musella, Georgia.

The cost is $35 for a 25 lb. box.  You can call the Chattooga County Extension Office at 706-857-0744 to order your peaches today.
