A group of kids with fireworks caused damage to a vehicle over the weekend.

Summerville Police Officers were dispatched to Cherry Avenue and Houston London Drive where they met with Rosie Camp. Camp stated that a group of kids had been running up and down the road throwing fireworks at peoples cars. Camp told Officers that one of the fireworks hit her windshield and causing damage. Officers did observe a cracked windshield and black residue where it had struck the car. Officers advised Camp to file a report with her insurance and a police report was placed on file.
