Elvis will be in the building this afternoon and you are invited!  Not just Elvis, but vintage records from several genres will be on display at the Summerville Depot this afternoon as the Chattooga County Historical Society holds their regular quarterly meeting.

This will be the first meeting of the historical society since the pandemic last year.

Ben Hayes , who restores vintage audio,also has a 4000 record collection and will be showing part of his collection. He will also talk about restoring vintage record players and see some examples. The meeting will be topped off by a performance of his blue grass band with a championship fiddler.

The historical society meetings are open to the general public and everyone is invited to attend.  The meeting will take place this afternoon at 2 PM.
