It looks like Summerville City residents will have some choices when election time rolls around in November.

Qualifying ended at 4 PM on Friday afternoon for municipal offices.

Longtime Summerville Mayor Harry Harvey qualified to run for re-election and will be facing off against James Godwin.

In council races, incumbent David Ford qualified for reelection to Seat 1 and will not face any opposition.   For Seat 2, incumbent Dana Windle Mosley will face off with Eugene Cordlle.  The Seat 3 race will see two candidates, Ricky Hughes and Lamonica Watkins.  Seat 3 is the seat that was vacated by Kristy Dennis earlier this year.

The municipal election will be held on the first Tuesday in November.
