Somewhere Over the Rainbow Children’s Boutique in Menlo is hosting a Fall Festival in downtown Menlo coming up next month.

Organizers say that the event will be held on Saturday, October 23rd from 4 PM – 9 PM.  There will be a free movie shown at Lawrence Park in Menlo following the Fall Festival.  Also, there will be trick-or-treating, a costume contest and games.

Vendors are welcomed, and the cost is $10 to be paid in advance.  The vendors fees will pay for trick-or-treating candy for the kids.
