Chattooga County Registrar Sheena Weaver released information on Friday morning about the number of voters who have participated in early voting for the municipal races in Summerville, Trion and Menlo.

As of yesterday morning, there were only seventeen people had voted in all three municipalities.  Four voted on Tuesday – the first day of early voting, eight on Wednesday and five on Thursday.

Voters have contested mayoral and city council races in Summerville, Trion and Menlo.

Early voting continues through October 29th ahead of the General Election on November 2nd.
