Utility Vehicle Representation – Not the actual stolen vehicle

A Summerville man reported the theft of a utility vehicle on Tuesday of this week to the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office.

The complainant, who lives on Highway 100 between Lick Skillet and Evans Road, told a responding deputy that his Bighorn Explorer side-by-side was stolen from a pole barn on the property.

The complainant told the deputy that the vehicle was there on Monday around 5:30 PM, but he noticed it missing the next day.

The complainant had no clues as to who might have taken the vehicle.

The incident has been turned over to an investigator.
