A 50-year old Floyd County man is facing a felony count of the distribution of a controlled substance following his arrest on Wednesday.
According to the arrest warrant, Wayne Allen Huff of Lindale, provided fentanyl to the victim, and gave instructions on use, resulting in the victim’s death.
Huff accepted an online money transfer for $29 to provide the fentanyl.
