Deputies were called to a Highway 27, Summerville residence after a woman came home and found “something resembling a person” hanging from her ceiling fan, before she entered her residence.

When deputies arrived and went inside the house they found the woman’s ex-boyfriend in the house.  They also found a figure made to look like a body hanging from the ceiling fan in the woman’s living room.

When deputies made contact with the ex-boyfriend, he was lying in the bed of the master bedroom under the covers.  The suspect was surprised and nervous when he was woken up by a deputy.  When he jumped out of the bed, a bag of suspected marijuana fell from his person and deputies subsequently found more suspected marijuana and crystal-meth.

Thirty-seven-year-old Dustin Daniel of Lawrenceville, Georgia was taken into custody by the deputies and booked into the Chattooga County Jail on drug charges.
